Delete your Presence account

You can permanently delete your Presence account and personal data at any time. There is no cost, and it cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

Open Presence and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Can't open the app? Request it by email

Email dev@adrologic.com from the email you use, or include the mobile number registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my Presence account". We verify ownership and delete your data within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, age, photos, bio, interests, and any contact fields.
Your digital cards, saved cards, notes, traces and broadcasts.
Your location data and all uploaded images (including any verification selfie).
Messages you sent. (Messages the other person sent in a shared chat remain part of their record.)

What we may retain

We keep the minimum required by law — for example, limited safety, consent and audit logs — for as long as the law requires, and no longer.
